Smudge

Just a lad, little Smudge sings and plays a valve-less trumpet. Although a street urchin, he is most often seen in the company of Soot and sometimes with Santa and Mrs. Claus. His angelic face will convince the doubter that the Spirit of Christmas lives on in the hearts of the young at heart.
